What's the SLA on FIX and WebSocket?
Enterprise plans include 99.99 % uptime SLAs, dedicated infrastructure, and same-day incident response. We'll send the full SLA in writing during scoping.
Can you backfill historical data?
Years of historical OHLC and tick data are available across crypto, forex, and Fiat 24/7. Custom ranges and one-off exports to S3 / Snowflake / Databricks are part of the integration scope.
How quickly can we go live?
